I entered in form on line an Sunday and got phone call on Holiday Monday Oct 11, 2021 to try to setup appointment. Called back on Tuesday and could have booked the next day but chose Fri Oct 15, 2021 Dyane and Matt came 1 hour early and were very friendly and professional. Matt even helped take out my window air conditioner which I could lift the window at the same time as lifting the unit and helped moved my stove and fridge for me so I could clean around the cool air return. Matt also screwed in a vent for me so it would not fall down under the cabinets. Dylan showed me the before and after on the vend cleaning. They only took 1.5 hours to complete. I would recommend them to anyone.
